Obituary of Burton F. Hoskins Jr.

Burton F. Hoskins Jr., 77, of Estero, FL passed away October 4, 2015 at HOPE Hospice Lehigh Acres, Florida. He was a past member of the New York State Army National Guard. Burt was a longtime resident of Throop and Sennett operating a Collision Shop and Car Sales business. He had retired to Estero, Florida where he was an avid Chrysler PT Cruiser enthusiast. Burt was predeceased by his daughter Margie, and two sisters Betty Deland and Thelma Brancato. He is survived by his wife of 35yrs Beverly (Semple) Hoskins; his children Edward of Cape Coral, Florida, Sandra Blalock of Macedon, New York, and Bret (Sarah) of Decatur, Georgia; step-daughters Colleen (John) Rutkowski of St Augustine, Florida and Erin Fitzgerald of Auburn, New York; five grandchildren Alec, Joshua, Samantha, Amanda and Jordan; a sister Barbara Young of Auburn, New York; brother-in-law Harold Deland of Auburn, New York and numerous nieces and nephews. There will be a Celebration of Life and burial to be announced at a later date.
