Obituary of Ellen J. King

Ellen J. King, 78, of Camillus, devoted wife and mother, passed away peacefully at home on February 3, 2015, with her children by her side. Ellie retired as a Technician from Anaren Microwave in 1998. Her passion in life was her family and she gave endlessly to those she loved. She always opened her heart and home to relatives and friends. Her other hobbies were reading and gardening. Ellen was preceded in death by her husband David, son Joe, grandson Joe. Jr., and her sister Geraldine Hayes. She is survived by her children Dave (Lisa), Steve (Roberta), Cheri (Chris Hanford) and Scott (Susan), her 9 loving grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and nieces. Calling hours will be 4 to 7pm Thursday, February 5th, at Ryan Funeral Home, 44 E. Main Street, Marcellus. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00am Friday in St. Francis Xavier Church, Marcellus. The Rite of Committal and burial will be at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.
