Obituary of Michelle A. Labourdette
Michelle A. Labourdette, 56, of Marcellus passed away peacefully on January 6, 2019 after a long battle with cancer.
Michelle was born in Syracuse to Richard and Carolyn Perry and was raised in Marcellus. She graduated from Marcellus High School and attended SUNY Cobleskill and SUNY Alfred. Michelle loved her family and her dogs - Gabby and Takota - more than anything. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time outdoors, working on her yard and gardening, as well as shopping for a good deal and curling up in a warm blanket to read a good book.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years Chip Labourdette; her son Nathan (Matthew) Labourdette; parents Richard and Carolyn Perry; siblings Mary Beth (Pat) O’Laughlin and Joe (Joanne) Perry; several nieces and nephews.
There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am Saturday, January 12, 2019 in St. Francis Xavier Church, 1 West Main Street, Marcellus. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Helping Hounds Dog Rescue, 6606 Kinne Road, Syracuse, NY 13214.
